Tool instructions:

There are 2 diameters with the smaller diameter that goes into the back spar tangential to the larger diameter. With both wings in and "almost aligned" the tool is inserted and rotated. As the smaller diameter rotates it pulls the pin bushings into alignment with the pin bushing that has the larger diameter part of the tool in it. With the tool in place put in the other flight pin (height is the only issue), then remove the tool and replace with the real (flying) pin.
